PI Supply Services - Investigative and Security Products

Global PI Supply is our Investigative and Security Products sales and service division. We do not ship from our British Columbia office but have a wide area network of suppliers and warehouses that store and or / ship to the end user on our behalf as required. We have established this method as we are in Canada and the majority of our sales are in the USA.

We use 2checkout.com and PayPal, which are  secure billing companies that handles payment and final sale of all items on our site unless otherwise specified.  You can shop with confidence, as Global PI Supply does not see or retain ANY of your credit card information.

Should you feel that your purchase is defective, our office must be notified within 5 days of delivery. Notification should be in the format of an e-mail sent to Our E-mail . An RMA # and appropriate return information for the replacement of the unit will be provided at that time. Should the unit be found by our tech department to not be defective, it will be returned to the customer once the additional shipping has been billed and paid for. The original or replacement unit will not be sent until these issues have been resolved and documented.
