product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific
Global PI Supply page. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by
Golden West before any products are returned. We have been forced to implement this
policy because of the attraction of our products to unscrupulous people who return
products after they have profitably gained from the short-term use of the products.
We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number

RETURN POLICY:
All products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to
cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted
for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*.
All returns must be authorized by Global PI Supply before product(s) is returned.
Global PI Supply will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at
the discretion of Global PI Supply.
*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis
determined by Global PI Supply. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for
shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day
period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products
returned without explicit permission from Global PI Supply.
Any return must be authorized by a representative of
Global PI Supply and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise.
Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from
Global PI Supply No
returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the
customer.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR RETURNS.
Replacement Shipping
Costs Policy:
In the event that your
product is defective upon receipt:
Shipping charges for
products that are defective or felt to be faulty are the sole
responsibility of the customer. Global PI Supply will pay for the
return shipment cost of the NEW / replaced product but NOT the
return shipping tariff from the customer's location to our
nearest shipping depot.
Our reason for the above
clause is that we have no control over how the product is
handled once we ship it out. Exceptions
to this may be permitted but at the sole discretion of Global
PI Supply. Each incident will be assessed independently.
REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM
Global PI Supply WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).
WARRANTY: We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless
manufacturer's warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer. We will
replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer

LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS: It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not the
distributor), to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard
