I am not one to readily volunteer letters of reference for unfortunately, in
this day and age, it is difficult to find someone who deserves one. When I
receive service that is the level of service that I pride in giving my own
customers, then I am eager to acknowledge that 'old style' pride and
professionalism that is all to rare these days.

I found GLOBALPISUPPLY.COM on the web. I needed a particular piece of
equipment and I was very surprised when I called the firm, and a human
answered the phone. That was wonderful! No pushing a series of numbers to
only be put on hold for someone who would rather be at home watching the game
than answering my call, I was speaking to the owner himself!

Riun helped me through several questions, and delivered promptly on his
products. He even matched the price of his competitors. While his prices are
competitive there was a slight difference and he matched their price!

While I would not have told him this at the time, I would have readily paid
that little extra for the care and service he afforded me: I knew I was
speaking with someone who valued his customer base!

I had occasion to follow-up with Riun regarding the items purchased - actually
though I was approaching harassment having called him 4-5 times within a 30
minute period. Each and every time I called back I would apologize for having
to call him again, and each and every time he put me at ease saying 'that is
why I am here'.

I would recommend GLOBALPISUPPLY.com to anyone without reservation.

If they were willing to go to the lengths they did to ensure I was a satisfied
customer (my order was relatively small) I am confident they will do the same
for anyone. They are truly professional, reliable, and I believe that the
world would be a much better place if all business people took as good care
of their clientele as Riun and his firm do.
