Global PI Supply is a division of Golden West Investigative Group Ltd, a duly INCORPORATED and Licensed Private Investigation firm on British Columbia, Canada.

Global PI Supply is our Investigative and Security Products sales and service division. We do not ship from our British Columbia office but have a wide area network of suppliers and warehouses that store and or / ship to the end user on our behalf as required. We have established this method as we are in Canada and the majority of our sales are in the USA.

Global PI Supply utilizes 2checkout.com, a secure billing company that handles payment and final sale of all items on our site unless otherwise specified. 

Global PI Supply does not see or retain ANY of your credit card information.

Global PI Supply, a division of Golden West Investigative Group Ltd, does not accept and liability on how the products purchased are used by the end user (purchaser).

All sales are FINAL. Should you feel that your purchase is defective, our office must be notified within 5 days of delivery. Notification should be in the format of an e-mail sent to E-mail RMA . An RMA # and appropriate return information for the replacement of the unit will be provided at that time. Should the unit be found by our tech department to not be defective, it will be returned to the customer once the additional shipping has been billed and paid for. The original or replacement unit will not be sent until these issues have been resolved and documented.

Global PI Supply is a division of Golden West Investigative Group Ltd- A licensed Private Investigation firm in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.  D.M. (Riun) Lawrence, President of Golden West, has a been a licensed Private Investigator in the Province of BC since 1980. 

Global PI Supply is Western Canada's Premier Supplier of Quality Investigator Proven Investigative Equipment. Through our contacts and qualified resources, we have built over the years, (since 1986), a network of manufacturers, designers and suppliers that believe in the same principles that we do. There are many competitors offering adequate product lines but we want to provide the best quality for your dollar.

Some items that we carry may initially look like the price is a bit higher but when you compare true "APPLES to APPLES", you will see and appreciate the difference.

Many of our product lines have been pre-tested by our in the field investigators. Their feed back is invaluable to our sales staff as they then know what will "TRULY" look after your needs.

You will notice that our prices are in US dollars. That is because we deal on a regular basis with Multi-National firms, government agencies, law enforcement, private investigators, high risk security firms and even the movie industry in the United States.

In order to save our customers time and shipping expense, much of our product line is housed in convenient central locations in the United States. This, again, is because our client base is very strong within the Continental US.
